The storm record

October 23, 2026 · times local

Over this pack's homes · radar-estimated

The largest radar hail signature within 1.5 miles of each home in the zone — the same figure each home carries in your territory, and the one each territory's hail line above counts.

  • 1.75" · 2 homes
  • 1.5" · 2,102 homes
  • 1.25" · 296 homes

Another 764 homes are in the zone through the radar swath or a spotter report, with no signature this close.

The record below covers the whole storm; its largest signature (3.5") fell more than 1.5 miles from every home in this pack, so this pack is not sold on it.

47 hail signatures ≥1" from the NEXRAD hail algorithm between 6:13 PM and 7:38 PM, largest 3.5" at 6:41 PM. Each signature is a storm cell's estimated maximum hail size at that scan; the zone is every home within 1.5 miles of one.

Radar sizes are the NEXRAD hail algorithm's estimate per storm cell and tend to read high; spotter and NOAA reports are what a person measured and are shown exactly as filed. Every home in your territory carries its nearest radar signature and nearest report.

What's in a territory

  • ✓ ~317 homes, scored 70+, each within 1.5 miles of a 1"+ radar hail cell that day (or 3 miles of a spotter report), in one area of the storm — ordered street by street
  • ✓ Address and hail record on every home; the owner's name, phone and email are looked up the moment you buy, and numbers on the Do-Not-Call list are flagged
  • ✓ The storm record behind every roof: date, radar-estimated hail, wind, distance
  • ✓ Google Maps door route, printable sheet, CSV for your CRM
  • ✓ Homeowner emails in your name: we email the homeowners we have an address for, hardest-hit first, from mailboxes we set up in your company's name, once you approve the three emails. Replies come to you.
  • ✓ 30 days of dashboard access to mark outcomes; the CSV is yours to keep
  • ✓ If your homes don't match this page (the storm, the hail sizes, the number of homes), tell us within 7 days and we'll replace them or refund you.

How exclusivity works

The zone was cut into territories before the first one sold: compact areas of about the same number of homes. Streets stay whole inside one territory, except 3 streets too long for one territory, split between neighbors. You pick the territory you work; nobody else who buys this storm gets its homes. A starter (about 100 homes for $99) is the hardest-hit whole streets of one territory; the rest of that territory stays for sale, and its row says so.

One home, one open pack. A home that was hit by two storms is only ever in the newer storm's pack, so two Storm Pack buyers never hold the same address. Homes in cities held by an exclusive RoofLeads Pro subscriber are never packaged. Full terms: Storm Pack terms.

Towns in the zone

  • City Of El Paso2,340 homes
  • Ft Bliss832 homes
  • Across181 streets

Street names and addresses unlock with a territory. Home counts are homes scored 70+ inside this storm's radar footprint; hail from radar is an estimate.

Before you buy

Do I get to see the addresses first?
No — you see each territory's towns, ZIPs, home count, hail and its area on the map. The streets and addresses are what you're buying; they unlock the moment payment clears.
Can another roofer buy the same homes?
Not through us. Each territory sells once, and a home is only ever in one open pack. Other roofers can still knock on their own.
What if someone else is buying the territory I want?
While a roofer is at checkout the territory is held for them, for up to about half an hour, and its row says so. If they don't pay it opens again. Now and then we hold one for a roofer we're talking with, for up to a day; its row says until when. You're never charged for a territory someone else got first.
How many have a phone or email?
Address and hail record on every home; the owner's name, phone and email are looked up the moment you buy, and numbers on the Do-Not-Call list are flagged.
Refunds?
Your territory is delivered the moment payment clears. If your homes don't match the storm page (the storm, the hail sizes, the number of homes), tell us within 7 days and we'll replace them or refund you. The same goes if we got the storm wrong (wrong day, wrong area, homes duplicated across packs). If the territory you picked went to another buyer a moment before your payment cleared, we refund you in full automatically; we never hand you a different area instead. Otherwise a territory isn't refundable once its homes are in your dashboard. Checkout canceled before payment is never charged. Full terms.
