What a seat is, and what it isn't.

Written to be read in two minutes. These are the same rules the software enforces.

What am I buying?

One seat in one storm's pack. A seat is one slice of the storm's impact zone: a fixed list of scored homes on contiguous streets, cut before the first seat sold. Seat k gets slice k. There is nothing to pick, and no way to get another buyer's homes.

Which homes are in the zone?

Homes scored 70 or higher that sit within 1.5 miles of a 1-inch-or-larger radar hail cell on the storm day, or within 3 miles of a National Weather Service spotter report of 1"+ hail or 60+ mph wind. Per-storm packs use the radar swath itself as the footprint. Hail sizes from radar are estimates; a NOAA report is the only ground truth we show as verified.

What does exclusive mean?

Your slice's addresses are not in any other seat of this pack, and not in any other open Storm Pack: a home hit by two storms is only ever in the newer storm's pack, so two Storm Pack buyers never hold the same address. Cities held by an exclusive RoofLeads Pro subscriber are never packaged. Exclusivity is among RoofLeads customers; other roofers can of course knock the same streets on their own.

What do I get, and for how long?

The homes, street by street, with owner name and phone or email where public records and our data partners have them (Do-Not-Call and Do-Not-Email screened; roughly a third to a half of homes have a usable phone or email). The storm record behind every roof. A Google Maps door route, a printable sheet and a CSV. 30 days of dashboard access to mark outcomes; the CSV is yours to keep after that.

How is the price set?

By the size of the zone, in five tiers, shown on the pack page before you buy. One-time payment by card through Stripe. No subscription, no auto-renew.

Refunds

A seat is delivered the moment payment clears, so it is not refundable once your slice is in your dashboard — except if we got the storm wrong: if the radar footprint or the storm record behind your slice turns out to be mis-cut (wrong day, wrong area, duplicate homes across packs), tell us within 7 days and we refund the seat in full. Checkout canceled before payment is never charged.

What we don't promise

No reply rates, appointment counts or income. A slice is a list of homes a verified storm touched, ranked by our scoring, with contacts where we have them. What you do at the door is yours.

Your obligations

Use the contacts lawfully: honor Do-Not-Call and Do-Not-Email flags, follow TCPA and your state's solicitation rules (Texas SB 140 for texts), and do not resell or share the list. One seat per roofing company per pack.
