Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. Cancel via the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for; the territory unlocks for the next roofer the moment it lapses.
What happens if I add a city mid-cycle?
Stripe prorates the partial-month charge automatically — you only pay for the days remaining in your billing cycle. Leads for the new city appear within seconds of the upgrade.
What about releasing a city?
From your dashboard, click Release on any owned territory. We cancel that line item with Stripe and credit you the unused portion of the period on the next invoice. Subscriptions can't go to zero — to release your last territory, cancel the whole sub instead.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly price is the only charge. CSV exports, satellite photos, Do-Not-Call checks, custom outreach templates, and CRM integration are all included. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by us, not passed to you.
Do you charge per lead?
No. Tier-based monthly pricing only. Whether your territory's storms produce 10 leads in a month or 200, the price doesn't change. Quotas are visibility caps, not metering.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial is on cities. Pick your city, enter your card at checkout, and start using RoofLeads immediately — no charge for the first 7 days. On day 8 the card is charged for your first period (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Cancel any time in those first 7 days from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard and you're never billed. Zip Codes start with the first month at checkout (no trial: a Zip Code is exclusive and we look up every home in it the day you join); Storm Packs are one-time.
How do Zip Codes bill?
$399 a month per Zip Code, charged at checkout and then monthly until you cancel from Billing in your dashboard. Every Zip Code includes 10 doors and 10 calls every morning and 30 emails a day to homeowners whose homes took hail. One roofer per Zip Code. Small neighboring ZIPs are sold together, at the same price.
Can I save by paying quarterly or annually?
Yes, on cities. Toggle Monthly / Quarterly / Annual at the top of the city tiers. Quarterly ≈ 1 month free per year (~8% off); Annual = 10 months priced (you get 2 months free, ~17% off). Same 7-day free trial applies. You can switch billing periods later via the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
