Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. Cancel via the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for; the territory unlocks for the next roofer the moment it lapses.
What happens if I add a city mid-cycle?
Stripe prorates the partial-month charge automatically — you only pay for the days remaining in your billing cycle. Leads for the new city appear within seconds of the upgrade.
What about releasing a city?
From your dashboard, click Release on any owned territory. We cancel that line item with Stripe and credit you the unused portion of the period on the next invoice. Subscriptions can't go to zero — to release your last territory, cancel the whole sub instead.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The monthly price is the only charge. CSV exports, satellite photos, Do-Not-Call checks, custom outreach templates, and CRM integration are all included. Stripe processing fees are absorbed by us, not passed to you.
Do you charge per lead?
No. Tier-based monthly pricing only. Whether your territory's storms produce 10 leads in a month or 200, the price doesn't change. Quotas are visibility caps, not metering.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Bitcoin (Coinbase Commerce) and ACH coming later this year.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick your territory, enter your card at checkout, and start using RoofLeads immediately — no charge for the first 14 days. On day 15 the card is charged for your first period (monthly or annual). Cancel any time before day 15 from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard and you're never billed.
Can I save by paying annually?
Yes. Toggle Monthly / Annual at the top of the pricing tiers. Annual = 10 months priced (you get 2 months free, ~17% off). Same 14-day free trial applies. You can switch monthly↔annual later via the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
