Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoofLeads Pro (the "Service"), operated by Fenton Ct ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RoofLeads Pro is a software-as-a-service product that identifies, scores, and delivers potential roofing-repair leads to subscribers based on publicly available storm, parcel, and property data. Subscribers purchase exclusive city or county territories and receive ranked leads in those territories.

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to contract on behalf of your business.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• Accounts are for a single business. Sharing one account across competing businesses is prohibited.

When you subscribe to a city or county bundle, that territory is reserved exclusively for your company while your subscription is active. Exclusivity is per-subscription: if you cancel or fail to pay, the territory becomes available to others. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads, a minimum storm frequency, or specific conversion outcomes.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings (or on the Stripe billing page linked there). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Winter hold: on a monthly plan whose next bill falls between October and February, you can put your subscription on a winter hold instead of cancelling. From your next bill through your last bill before March 1, you pay a quarter of your monthly price (rounded down to the whole dollar), and your morning emails, homeowner emails and weekly recap pause. Your territories stay yours. Full price and every delivery resume together on your first bill on or after March 1. You can end a hold early at any time from your account settings; full price then resumes from your next bill.
• We do not issue refunds for partial months except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved. Repeated failures may result in account termination and territory release.
• We reserve the right to change pricing; existing subscribers will receive 30 days' notice before any increase.

Leads delivered to you include property and owner information sourced from public records and licensed third-party data providers. You agree that:

• Lead data is provided for your own direct outreach to homeowners regarding roofing services. You may not resell, relicense, or redistribute lead data to third parties.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, state do-not-call registries, and any other laws governing your outreach.
• You will honor opt-out requests from any homeowner you contact.
• We are not liable for outreach you conduct using the data we provide.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download data except through features we explicitly provide (e.g., CSV export);
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Service;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead any person;
• Share your account with an unauthorized third party;
• Circumvent territory exclusivity (e.g., by signing up multiple accounts to cover the same area).

The Service, including all software, data compilations, scoring algorithms, and UI, is owned by Fenton Ct and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

RoofLeads Pro™ is a product of Fenton Ct.

We rely on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (maps and imagery), NOAA (storm data), and county assessors (parcel data). Their terms and privacy practices apply to the portions of the Service they power.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that leads will result in closed jobs, that data is error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FENTON CT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fenton Ct harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, including any outreach you conduct using lead data we provide.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other subscribers. Upon termination, your territory becomes available to others and your access to lead data is revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Colorado, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality disputes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
