Privacy Policy

Fenton Ct ("we", "our") operates RoofLeads Pro, a software-as-a-service product that delivers storm-triggered roofing leads to contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

From subscribers (our direct customers):

• Account information: name, company name, email address, phone number
• Authentication credentials (passwords are hashed; we never see them in plaintext)
• Billing information handled by Stripe — we store only a Stripe customer ID, not card numbers
• Subscription status, selected territories, and usage within the app
• Lead-activity data such as status changes ("contacted", "sold") and notes you enter

About property records (displayed to subscribers in their territories):

• Property address, parcel identifiers, and property characteristics (year built, square footage, assessed value) from county assessor open-data portals
• Owner name and mailing address from public records
• Phone and email, when available, from licensed skip-trace and data-enrichment providers
• Storm and weather data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
• Satellite imagery via the Google Maps Static API

Technical data:

• Server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and debugging
• Authentication cookies necessary to keep you signed in

• To deliver and operate the Service
• To bill subscriptions and process payments
• To send transactional emails (welcome, new-lead alerts, account notices)
• To score and rank properties as potential roofing leads
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell subscriber personal information to third parties.

We use the following service providers, each bound by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payments
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google — maps and satellite imagery
• Vercel — application hosting
• NOAA / National Weather Service — storm data (public)
• County assessor portals — parcel data (public)
• Skip-trace providers — owner phone/email enrichment

We share subscriber information with these providers only to the extent needed to operate the Service.

Where the Service displays phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information about property owners, we obtain that information from licensed third-party data providers and public records. This data is shown only to the exclusive territory subscriber, for their direct roofing outreach. Subscribers are contractually required to comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state laws.

If you are a property owner and wish to have your contact information removed from our data (to the extent we control it), please email privacy@roofleads.pro. We will process verified removal requests within 30 days.

• Account records: retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes
• Billing records: 7 years (US tax requirement)
• Property and lead data: refreshed monthly; stale data is replaced or deleted
• Server logs: 90 days
• Skip-trace contact data: retained for the duration of your active subscription in the territory, then purged per vendor agreement

Subscribers have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your account and associated data (some records may be retained for legal/accounting reasons)
• Export your lead activity and CSV data at any time
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails (transactional emails required to run the Service cannot be opted out of while you have an active subscription)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage at rest (via Supabase), and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; you agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Use of the Service from other jurisdictions is at your own initiative and risk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
