Zip Codes

Your own Zip Code. One roofer.

A slice of a big city, sized for one crew, where hail just hit. Every morning you get 10 doors to knock and 10 homeowners to call, with the roof photo, the hail history and what to say, and 30 emails a day go out in your name to homeowners whose homes took hail. Nobody else on RoofLeads gets your Zip Code.

Every day, in your Zip Code
  • ✓10 doors to knock, in one walkable group, with a map
  • ✓10 homeowners to call, every number re-checked against Do Not Call
  • ✓30 emails a day, in your name, to homeowners whose homes took hail
  • ✓A page per home: the roof photo, its hail history and what to say
  • ✓By email at the hour you pick, with the PDF attached
  • ✓The app: every storm-hit home in your Zip Code, maps and door routes
About 1,500 homeowners a month: 10 doors, 10 calls and 30 emails a day, storm-hit homes first.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick an open Zip Code

Each big city is split by ZIP code into areas of 10,000–20,000 homes (small neighboring ZIPs are grouped). Open ones had real hail in the last year: you see the storm, the home counts and sample homes before you pay.

  2. 2

    Make it yours

$399 a month, month to month, cancel anytime. Then five minutes of setup: your details, your logo, and the hour you want your list.

  3. 3

    Get your list every morning

A map of today's 10 doors, a call sheet with 10 numbers checked against Do Not Call, and a page per home with the script.

Every day, automatically

30 emails a day, in your name

  • ✓Every day from 9 to 5 your time, 30 homeowners in your Zip Code whose homes took hail get an email from you: your logo, your name, a photo of their home from above, the storms recorded near it, and an offer of a free roof inspection.
  • ✓Only homes with a real storm on record, storm-hit homes first, and never the same home twice.
  • ✓It goes out from your own email, so replies come straight to you. A new mailbox starts at 10 a day and builds up over two weeks.
  • ✓Every email says it's an advertisement from you, carries your mailing address, and tells the homeowner to reply "remove" to stop hearing from you.

Hi Jordan,

I'm Alex Morgan with Granite Gable Roofing. We track storms over Arlington, and your home was in the path of 2.75" hail on April 26, 2026.

Storms recorded near this address
Apr 26, 20262.75" hail (radar-estimated) · 1" hail reported by spotters
Radar within 1.5 miles of the home, spotter reports within 3 miles. Radar sizes are estimates for the storm, not a measurement on the roof; reported sizes are from NOAA and weather spotters.

A storm like that can damage shingles without leaving anything you'd notice from the ground. I'd like to offer you a free, no-obligation roof inspection this week: we'll check the roof, photograph anything we find, and you decide what to do next.

If a quick inspection sounds useful, just reply to this email with a day that works.

Thanks,
Alex Morgan

Why Zip Codes

Big cities are too big for one crew. A Zip Code is the slice you can actually work, door by door.

Exclusive means exclusive. One roofer per Zip Code, never resold, and our storm lists never include your Zip Code's homes.

Built on the storm, not a list. Homes come in order of the hail they took (radar-estimated, within 1.5 miles), and every number is re-checked against Do Not Call before it reaches your sheet.
